PLays of the Week #3 Posted by WhoIsDo, 60 days ago
Another week, and another great batch of plays that made their way into the countdown. As we make our announcement for the third week, we present you with the winners for our second week of the Plays of the Week countdown.
We’re changing the dates a little, in order to better accomodate our schedule. The Plays of the Week video will now be posted on Sundays, allowing both ourself and users more time to put their clips together. This now opens up Friday and Saturday for those users who are busy during the school week to get a little more gaming in. With that being said, here’s our winners for the second week:
Welcome to the third week for StickSkills.com’s "Plays of the Week" contest. The contest is open to Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 users, and any sport video game can be used. Whether you prefer 2k or EA, you can still easily compete in this contest as long as you upload your video highlight to their respective sites.
The contest is simple, each week, you’ll send in your best play from one of your favorite titles for a chance to be showcased in our top five plays for the week. The article will be posted every Friday, and entering the contest is extremely simple.
To enter the contest, you need to send an e-mail to playsoftheweek@stickskills.com. Include your username on our website, a link to your highlight, and your gamertag or playstation network ID. If you have yet to sign up for our site, take a few minutes to register and enjoy all of the benefits.
Our staff will take the time to verify the clips sent in to make sure they’re from the person who actually performed the highlight. The higher the difficulty, the better. We’re not looking for highlights on rookie, we’re looking for gamers who produce high pressure situations and continue to showcase their stick skills.
The contest winners will be posted on the site Sunday night, October the 12th. We’re looking forward to your submissions, and see you Sunday! As a reminder, only your first TWO submissions in your e-mail will be looked at, so please refrain from posting more.
