In this month’s issue of PTOM Magazine Slant Six has confirmed that both Frostfire, and Desert Glory will be joining Crossroads in Socom Confrontation.

These were two of the most popular maps on the original version of the game, and became even more popular with the sequel. Now, Socom.com did have a seperate Poll asking what Socom 2 maps gamers wanted to see in the game. Fishhook, and Foxhunt were the two main frontrunners and would be great additions to the game. Possibly as DLC, or maybe they will make it into the final version of the game itself.
